water/ice is comming from top inside of freezer above the ice maker and running inside down the walls n frezing. HELP PLEASE.

0 We've had the same problem. Water from the fill tube in the maker is supposed to run into a small cup and then feeds that water into the icemaker. We've noticed that the cup gets pushed out of the way for some reason thereby resulting in water running directly into the icemaker and then down the freezer walls. I manually make sure the cup stays in place and when the icemaker is full, I turn it to off.
