Question About GE Monogram Refrigerator ZIRS36N LH
Ice Build-Up...

I have built-in fridge and freezer. Both have ice build-up and leaking water. Do I need to defrost? I hammer the ice and clean up, but I wonder what the problem is and how I fix? Both function properly, but it is a pain to deal with the ice/water leak(s). Thanks for help/info.
