Our 17 year old GE Monogram is making a clicking noise. I have not been able to figure out how to slide the tray out to view the various mechanical parts. It sounds like a solonoid is going out. Can you advise on how to get the mechanical tray to slide out? The model is a GE ZIS420NX 42" Built-In Side-by-Side Refrigerator
