Side by side refrigerator. First time I had a problem about 3 months ago, the refrigerator was freezing food that was on the freezer side of the refrigerator. We reset the temp (it was set in the correct range) and that fixed the problem. Now the problem is the food in the bottom crisper drawers (both) are freezing everything as hard as a rock.
