Question About GE Monogram Refrigerator D-ZISS480DXSS
Won't make Ice, but hums every once in awhile like...

Won't make Ice, but hums every once in awhile like it is trying. The paddle is stuck. Has this got something to do with the 'Control Lock?' This is a brand new 48" fridge/freezer. It was just installed a few weeks ago and it did make Ice in the beginning. Now nothing.
