when turning the compator on, the ram quickly cycles between going down and comming up. The cycle between up and down movement is about 1 second or less. If i push the limit switch on the right in, it will travel for about 5 seconds and then shuts off with a faint smell of something burning. I have to let it cool off before getting the ram back into the up position.
