Question About GE Monogram Trash Compactor ZCG3500DSS
RAM Stuck in down position...

I can't open the front door and there doesn't seem to be any power when moving the dial from off to on to start. Is there a way to manually retrieve the RAM so that I can get the garbage out of the compactor?
