Hello, My almost new GF griller was heating fine...

Hello, My almost new GF griller was heating fine when I first flagged it into the outlet. Then in the middle of cooking burger patties it suddenly stopped working. The light went off and the machine no longer worked. Please let me know if there problems with these machines. Thank you.
