My mother purchased a 6 servings, #GRP99 from Fred Meyers,20 days ago. It came with NO instructions or manual. Fred Meyers still has not gotten any in, or knows when they will. She wants the books, no download info. Please Help where I can get this for her. Its so frustrating, you get something n cant use it. n I don't want to pay for the info either, she all ready paid for it.
