When I put the brew basket in there is a giant hole between the top of the insulated pot and the bottom of the coffee basket holder. So, when you remove the basket you can see threw. The basket has a round bottom, does contour to the shape of the bottom of the basket holder. Therefore I can't enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning because it leaks out every side of the pot, and not much in the pot. Am I missing a piece? Or do I have the wrong basket? HELP!!!
