I am fairly certain that I have a substitute instruction manual that will work perfectly for your breadmaker but I'll first need to know this: Using a clear glass (or plastic) "liquid" measuring cup, tell me this: How many fluid cups of water does your HB011E bread pan hold filled to the very rim? 0 I measured and the bread pan holds 9 cups to the rim.
