Question About Greenway Home Products Water Dispenser PWD8975W
cold water NOT coming out...

cold water dispenser gives out water sporadically. unit is since july 07, not much used during the day. problem just started. will buy cleaning kit to clear out possible deposits. any idea what toxic component is in the cleaner?

5 Likely freezing up on you . Mine did the same thing no water coming out. Look inside I bet it got a block of round ice growing in it. These coolers are junk. They all seem to be doing the same thing.
