Question About Greenway Home Products Water Dispenser VWD8956BLS
Control Thermostat...

Water in basin is freezing up and becomes a block of ice. The min/max control thermostat is not working and I need a replacement for it. I have tried troubleshooting it but nothing stops it from freezing, the control no longer controls it. How can I get a replacement part?
