Green Way Water Cooler GWD860W-3 My water cooler keeps freezing the water and I have to unplug so the water thaws out . What part needs to be changed? where is the part located? and where I get the Part from?

0 I have the same problem, I believe it is the cold water thermostat that is faulty, that is the adusable black knob. The part is $15.00 & 9.99 shipping from greenway
