GWD5400w top lid has a battery operated dater, when set counts off the days till the filter is due to be changed again. This small unit has a battery in it, I want to know how to get to the battery.

0 Figured it out - To remove the battery after removing the unit from the top lid, get ur nails under the plastic along the sides and pull, it will come apart, then with ur nail or something of plastic (not metal) u can slide the battery out it takes a CR2032. Slide the new 1 in under the attachment, snap the unit back together and your done. :)
