Have had this unit for about 3 months... cold wate...

Have had this unit for about 3 months... cold water dispenser is broken; fan works constantly but light does not come on; water is at room temperature. Have cleaned unit completely as per instructions and still not working, model VWD2636W-3; what can be done to fix this?
