My water cooler is just over 2 years old and has been great. We unplugged it for the winter since we don't use it and now it isn't heating or cooling the water and the retrieve isn't getting cold. I can not find the manual but have tried the switches in the back both ways and still nothing. The green light is on but nothing seems to be working. Can you help me trouble shoot the problem?
