my water get frozen inside the thank i have to disconnect the cold for the ice melt inside for the thank it is the thermostat ?

0 Having same problem! I suspect thermostat, as it never seems to receive call to shut off, just runs and runs and runs. Used to get to temp, and blue light would come on, indicating temp had been reached, and would stop running!
