I bought my Haan floor sanitizer about 2 years ago from a television advertisement. I have used it about 6 times and now it won't heat up. I filled it with water to the full bar and when I turn it on the red light goes on which is suppose to tell me when I need to add water. But it is full! Can this be fixed???? Have read the trouble shooting in the manual and this is not one of the trouble shooting suggestions...
