troubleshoot inoperative wine cooler...

I have plugged in the wine cooler and I checked power going into the circuit board. I have 110 volts. Nothing comes on. No motor, fan, lights, digital read, nothing

0 my wine cellar has quit working not sure when, i wanted a cool bottle of wine and they were all hot what could be a easy solution to this
