I have a haier esd310 dishwasher. I installed a new pcb and same thing dead. I have power thru switch and float is good. When I short pins on pcb goes thru cycle and light on top panel comes on otherwise no lights on top?? I read 1.2 v on pins feeding top panel? HELP
