don't buy this machine unless you buy it with several spare pumps - I went through 2 pumps since I bought it just over 2 years ago and now the pump has failed again (no pressure). We rinse all dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and I also had a service man put the 2nd pump in. I believe that the reason is just the fact that it is a poorly made machine where the most improtant part of the machine is junk.
