Question About Haier Freezer LW-185G
I just bought a 2nd hand Haier LW-185G chest freez...

I just bought a 2nd hand Haier LW-185G chest freezer: it is in the garage as I have no room inside the house for it.. The freezer is soaking wet on the exterior, really cold inside and is gently humming continually Is this normal operation?
