My alarm keeps going off but the freezer appears to continue to work even after I turn the off/ on button on the bottom to the off position. Is it possible that this button is solely for the alarm. I have a Haier 13.8 cu ft upright frost free freezer..I can't read the model # so it's a bit of a guess where I've picked one below. Thanks
