the screen reads pour. the manual says clean the filter which was clean but even removing it doesn't help the problem. the machine cycles then stops without making ice. once in a while it will put out a few cubes and then the problems starts all over with the pour readout coming on and no ice

5 The problem is most likely the photo-optic water level float senser. If the photo eye is bad or burned out, then it thinks the water level is low. It seems that you can't get parts or repair info on it. I took the red/black wires from the float device with the white connector and cut them and twisted them together to "fake" out an ok water level. Mine works ok, but it will not shut off on low water level. You will have to keep the water full. An electronics tech could probably replace
