fmini frige does not get cold...

I HAVE A HAIER MINI FRIGE. IT STOPED GETTING COLD, THE FREZER WAS COVERD IN ICE AND I THINK SOME HOLES WHERE PUNCTURED WHEN IT WAS GETTING CLENED UP. THERE IS SOME RED LOOKING LIQUID COMING OUT OF THE HOLES. IS THIS WHY ITS NOT GETTING COLD ANY MORE? WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT? MODEL: ESR042PWW VOLTAGE: 115V CURRENT:1.4A FREQUENCY:60HZ
