The convertible drawer on my PRCS25 ED/TD has stopped cooling in either refrigerator or freezer mode. The rest of the fridge works normally (except the ice maker which has been broken for years). The temperature display for the convertible portion shown on the front of the fridge is correct. If anyone knows of a known issue or solution to this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
