My refrigerator will not stay cold and my freezer ...

My refrigerator will not stay cold and my freezer keep freezing up and water is always in the bottom of the refrigerator there are some holes inside the refrigerator that looks like there should be an ice maker or water but was not hooked up and water is dripping from these holes.
