the convertible compartment does not cool below 61...

the convertible compartment does not cool below 61 degrees. Is thew problem main control board or or Damper drawer or Damper-rf. How can i pinpoint the problem? And where is the location of each one of the items above and detail steps and pictures how to remove or fix them. where do I get a repair manual with detail instructions and pictures.
