Question About Haier Water Dispenser WDNS116BBS
The cold water is not getting cold and the setting...

The cold water is not getting cold and the setting is blinking with the first and last bars visible only. It will not let me make any adjustments. I've looked through the use manual and there is nothing that addresses this.
