how do you replace a rubber clutch? I see a thread...

how do you replace a rubber clutch? I see a threaded stud coming up through the middle of it and a washer and then the rubber clutch, but How does one remove the clutch and replace it?

0 The rubber clutch just screws off but it's a LEFT HANDED THREAD, so you have to unscrew it in a clockwise direction. It helps to jam a screwdriver into the fan on the underside of the unit so that the motor can't turn while you're turning the clutch. It also helps to spray some WD-40 into the screw beforehand.
