76607 no work...

the cutting wheel doesn't come close enough to driving wheel to cut the sealing ring.

0 Mine actually marked 76606, but picture for 76607 identical. No listing for 76606. I haven't opened the case yet but would like to know if there is an adjustment for driving or cutting wheel? Thanks for any help!
