How much coffee (actual grounds) do I need to use ...

How much coffee (actual grounds) do I need to use for brewing 30 cups of coffee, and for also for 40 cups of coffee? I see how much water to use, but I can't tell how much coffee would be best for the Brew Station, model 40540. Thanks for you help, Jane
