I have a Hamilton Beach Brew Station Model 48464. ...

I have a Hamilton Beach Brew Station Model 48464. I have had it for about two years. It still brews coffee, but when we push the bar in to release coffee into a cup, nothing happens. We have to take the top containing the coffee off and pour it into another carafe to use it. What could be causing this? thanks
