In trying to clean my Hamilton Brewstation Deluxe Coffee Maker, I am unable to remove the Coffee Tank Filter. The directions say: Lift up on filter to remove it from coffeetank. Rinse filterunder stream ofwater to flush filterclean. I cannot get the filter to "lift up". Help please.
