My brewstation model 47665 has died, when it is brewing the coffee keeps pouring out, it has happened 2 times, I took it back to Wal-mart, they refuse to refund my money or give me another one, as I brought it over 8 months ago, I got discussed and threw it in the trash, I paid good money for it, but before I tossed it, I was told to cut the plud off of the unit, and send it back to Hamilton beach. is this true, I LOVE THE BREW STATION , cam you help me with this problem?
