single serve side only makes 1/2 the amount of water I put in for coffee. The rest seems to go up in steam. If I add water higher then allowable water level for a single serving, I get an ERR on screen and it will not work. Then I have to switch to carafe side to empty reservoir. Currently I can only use carafe side. How do I fix this problem.
