The booklet (and the reps when I call) say to straighten out a paperclip and stick it in the nozzle underneath the top. I assumed the hole would be in the bottom of the nozzle but couldn't find a hole. I laid brewer on its side and then saw a hole on the side of the nozzle. Paperclip went back and forth but I was expecting dried coffee grounds to come out - not a single one. I've cleaned it with vinegar occasionally and several times now with this problem. What am I doing wrong?
