This morning My Brew Station gave me error messages rather than coffee. The electronic screen kept saying add water into reservoir despite the reservoir being filled with water. My wife took the product apart and cleaned all sensors with vinegar and water but we could not get our unit to make coffee.after several frustrating attempts. Please advise. The unit is only a couple years old
