H B Food Proc 840118100 Have manual, no help Bought at yard sale, no way to check out. Cleaned/reassembled. (Yes, bowl & feeder lid locked in place.) Nothing. No buzzing, trying to start, etc. Nothing. Is there a reset? Interior part prone to stick? Thanks.
