0 I found a copy of it, bought it, disassembled it, scanned it, split to single pages, recompiled it, and OCR'd it. Then I returned it, because no one should have to pay $20 for a manual. I uploaded it at manualslib.com, and I would upload it here, if I could only figure out how.
