5 Press power level button. You may have to press it more than once to display defrost, low, med, or high then press numbers to time you want and then start. Whalllaaa! I use it to defrost meats and cook fish. Because fish needs lower temperatures. You may email me for further help I cook a lot. Midnyght@myway.com
