I just bought the Hamilton Beach microwave P70B20AP-G5W-B model and the glass tray broke. I contacted Consumer Support and they said they can not help me. I was recommended to enjoy a wild goose chase around town to see if my model number could be used to find a replacement. Any suggestions here? Who would make a fragile microwave part and not have replacement pieces or at least offer to replace the whole thing.
