I purchased a Hamilton Beach microwave oven 10/03/2013. No. P100N30AP-F4. I have attempted to set the clock for the daylight savings time change by clicking both once or twice but just get a 12 or 24 hour time. Once time I was able to set the clock but cannot now. How do I set it?

5 I can not set mine either. I unplugged it and it wont reset or even go back to the original time. I try all the buttons, but nothing works. Its frozen.

0 I was able to set the clock one time when I purchased it a month ago. Was trying to reset it for the time change from Daylight Savings. Wish I hadn't! Also no trouble shooting suggestions can be found. Sounds like this model could be a dud.
