keypad wont work it is brand new,it says optional keypad lock on the box,tried holding stop button for 3 seconds and more and nothing happens! Help please

0 Its a piece of Crap. Had this microwave for 7 months & it just stops working. The C/S tells me they'll notify me after they alert Walmart. Okay... no call bk from either. Waste of money. Then a few wks ltr. My Guy gets it to work for 2wks noe it doesn't work again. Bull straight Bullshit. I'm pissed.
