THE CLOCK IS LOCKED ON AND OVEN DOES NOT HEAT. IT IS NOT ACCEPTING NEITHER THE EXPRESS MINUTES NOR THE COOK TIME, OR DEFROST. NO COMMAND. IT WORKS BUT ONLY RUNS THE TIME AND DOES NOT DO ANYTHING. .
