Question About Hamilton Beach Microwave Oven HBP90D23ALDJ
Turntable won't work...

Just took this out of the box, put in the ring & glass, tested it out with some popcorn but there is no rotation, is there something I'm missing here or is it defective already??? There is nothing in the manual about what to do if it doesn't work....
