I have a Hamilton beach roaster oven, Model 527. ...

I have a Hamilton beach roaster oven, Model 527. I have had it for about 13 years. I can not find my manual and I'm trying to find out if I can cook a turkey and a ham at the same time and if so do I put each one in a roasting bag.

0 I don't have the manual, but I have found information that you must NOT use the Turkey Bags with the Roaster. They come into too much contact with direct heat from the elements on the bottom and side, and will melt - per Reynolds Corp. My question is what am I supposed to do with the second pan that is lining it. Thanks
