Question About Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker 33862
I recieved as a gift the HB programable slow cooke...

I recieved as a gift the HB programable slow cooker model #33862 with no manual. After reading some of the reviews it sounds as though the first thing to do is set the timer .......no luck is therea problem with the cooker?
