0 My wife and I have had hamiltion beach products since we have been maried for 24 years and we love them untill now we baught our slow cooker for x-mas and used it for the first time. when we where done we went to clean it and noticed it had a small crack in the bottom.We tried to exchange it back to walmart and they said we had to send it to you .I called a toll free number.1-800-522-4134 and they said there was nothing they could do PLEASE HELP
